Tough guy

We were walking to the park--C in the double stroller, a big toy truck in Luke's seat of the stroller, Labrador on my left, Luke walking just ahead of us. Somehow Luke, the stroller, and the dog got tangled up and Luke's face met the sidewalk. He was a little shaken but really just wanted to continue to the park. We backtracked to clean the scrape at home. Luke was unfazed and we headed right back down to the park. He had a little trouble letting the scab alone--it continually looked red and raw while healing. I think this one is going to leave a minor scar. It is all healed up now, but it has stayed red and there is some indentation in the skin. Thankfully he's a boy--scars just look rugged on a man!
A sidenote--this is a good picture of Luke's eye color. They used to be blue, but I think I would call them green now!
