One of Luke's current favorites from his Music Together class is called "Green and Blue." It is a chant really, not a song, but he seems to be very interested in the rhythms right now: "Smells so green and skies so blue, Spring has sprung and now me too!"
I took these images at the Arboretum the other day. I am pleased with our Canon Rebel camera, but I really should learn more about it. I am getting good pics with the auto features, although I think it would be fun to learn more about photography. I should try to do that in my "free time."

Hey, with pictures this good, why bother with ther "real way". Glad to hear feedback too, because we just got one last week! Have a great Easter!
So far...I would say you have some real aptitude with photography. And it actually would be something creative (and feasible) to do in the midst of the chaos of kids.
Yeah, Mom's right. You could totally do that sans-free-time. Sharp photos. The water drops on the rose...
I took an 8 week intro to photo class at Richland that was good and helped me learn to use the manual modes of my camera. Check it out.
