Our kids are two weeks shy of two years apart. So from the end of January to mid-February is birthday season!
This time the gig was for Luke, and this was his first real party with friends (his age). We dreamed up a Curious George theme and decorated the house up right. Our original plan was to have a bounce house in the back yard. This past weekend was flanked by beautiful weather the week before and the week after, but our chosen date was nasty, cold, and rainy. Never fear, because Uncle Josh and Uncle Jared came up with a rain plan--a monkey came to our house!! Some of the three-year-olds were highly suspicious of the monkey, and some of the adults were highly amused by his dry, no-nonsense handler. But it was fun!
