More on the birthday girl

Hi, it's Kim again. I guess that I was so delinquent in posting that Michael had to step in on the last post. Caroline has had a seemingly endless string of sicknesses and we were fighting to stay afloat, much less post on the blog. The whole family also got to enjoy a stomach bug in January, so that was fun.
Caroline got to enjoy a fabulous cupcake from Sprinkles as her birthday cake. Nothing but the famous Hollywood cupcake for my little darling to smash! When she first saw it in my hand, she thought it looked kind of yucky. She's got some learnin' to do! A little background: Caroline has the most dramatic faces and gestures to express her displeasure with things I offer her. I don't remember Luke ever being picky at this age. Here is her melodramatic head turn, saying she doesn't like what she sees. It's not even on her tray yet.
I don't have a picture of this, but the first thing she did was toss half of the $5 cupcake on the ground. Logan appreciates this about her. Then she skeptically examined the rest of the thing.
