C enjoys sharing my Lucky Layla drinkable yogurt in the morning. I highly recommend you pick some up at Whole Foods. Check the labels because some flavors are much lower in sugar than most yogurts (but some flavors are not).

I met the folks that own Lucky Layla in the waiting room at the pediatrician's office one day. Nice people! They're based in Plano and you can go there to tour the farm and pet the cows!
I haven't actually tried the yogurt since we're in the soy-yogurt market now. :)
