Precision

The boy loves construction. He loves trucks. He is very precise in his play. The workers gave him some scrap 2x4s and tile and he was building a bathroom and then a garage. I was struck by how well he laid the wood out at nice right angles. I can tell he has unique gifts that need to be nurtured. His play often looks like work. Sometimes his intense style is a challenge to me, but I want to help him grow without stifling his creativity and work ethic.
