I purchased this Little People nativity so that the children could play with it without worry of breaking it. Last night we put up the Christmas tree. We read the story of Jesus' birth in the Beginner's Bible and then I brought out the nativity "present." Luke saw the picture on the box and exclaimed, "OOOOOHHH, a RANGER station!"
At first, I thought he was just way off-base. As we talked more, I realized he was confusing the words "manger" and "ranger." So, naturally the stable where the manger belongs should be called a "manger station." We may not correct this mistake because it is so funny!

That's hilarious...I laughed out loud. Your comment on my blog was funny too...you'll have to tell his teacher. She'll think that's funny. I'm so excited about the l sound. That's so great!
