Blurb book

I am in the process of making the old blog entries into a book. I started the blog when Luke was one, so we have fairly regular entries from that point on. I am using the blog slurping software called blurb to put it together.
I watched the video on their site that describes the process and pretty much went from there. It's pretty self-explanatory, and the former yearbook editor in me thinks it's really fun. I have reached a point of no return with my Creative Memories scrapbooks (e.g. ain't gonna happen) and so I hope this will be an easier way to use digital photos to easily make and order photo books for our kids.
There are lots of layouts to choose from, and I haven't finalized backgrounds and themes. However, here is an example of one page I've made.


There are some jazzier layouts, but I think the simple ones look good also. I haven't decided whether to use a black background (like the blog) or something different. I have also been adding some extra commentary and pictures where possible to fill it out a little more.
