We took the train to the zoo with our play group on Monday. Sorry. . .no good animal pictures. I don't think he really saw them. Apparently, the zoo animals have siesta in the middle of a hot summer morning. I think the zoo will be more age-appropriate in 6 months to a year. I did get some cute shots in the stream in the Children's Zoo area. He thought that was the greatest! The kids are allowed to play in it: it is filtered & chlorinated. Next time we will bring some swim trunks.

He looked like he had a little frog suit on in the stream when I first looked. I don't remember any of my trips to the zoo when I was little, do you? I remember going with Papa and scraping my chin really badly one time because there's a picture of it somewhere, but that's about it. I've gone fairly recently, and I like the reptiles the best, I think. TMI on this comment...oops.
